The Problem

Flower delivery service Bloom & Wild came to us in 2020 with major scale-up plans and ambitions.

The issue? There were a sea of copycats on their tail and they needed to stand out as the key player in the sector.

The task? Develop a long-term brand platform to make Bloom & Wild synonymous with year-round gifting.

The Or

Introducing ‘Care Wildly’.

A long-term brand platform we developed for Bloom & Wild to talk about ‘care’ in a totally unique way. Because people don’t just send flowers to say ‘I love you’, but for a million different reasons.

‘Care Wildly’ gave the brand a platform that spanned every part of their business – from a top to tail redesign collaboration with Mother Design, ATL campaigns, BTL campaigns and a cultural playbook that allowed the brand to jump on topical news.

What Happened Next

In the first three quarters of the brand launch, Bloom & Wild enjoyed a 120% sales increase. They also saw their social followers increase by 200% across platforms and experienced a 116% rise in top of mind awareness. Not only that, but they’re now the most-searched-for flower delivery service in the UK.
