Why is care always presented as something so soft, cuddly and naff?

After reading through 21,606 real Bloom & Wild customer notes, we realised that real care is actually wild.

The notes behind the flowers revealed an entire army of care warriors. We were inspired by people thanking their mums for stepping up to be dads. Or by Sarah, who sent flowers to her neighbour, Jill, to say thank you for giving her dog CPR.

It was these real customer insights that inspired us to create the ‘Care Wildly’ positioning for Bloom & Wild. The company’s first ever brand platform.

Since the platform went live Bloom & Wild have become the most searched online flower brand in the UK, with record sales as the icing on the cake.
